IMPORTANT: To offer our services at discounted rates we have procedures in place to ensure accurate colour reproduction, speedy turnover and delivery - this is to eliminate wasted time for both you and us going back and forward. For this reason any job which doesn't follow these procedures may incur additional fees as you can understand.

Firstly, you are dealing with real people and not an automated website sytem and we wouldn't want it any other way!

If you are supplying artwork/images or logos IT MUST BE TO OUR SPECS. Remember, when sending files please ensure that the files are clearly named (ie; Front.pdf, Back.pdf) and clear instructions in your email.

Step 3. We will email you a low quality proof of your artwork prior to printing for you to check and CONFIRM GO-AHEAD. Once you give the go-ahead we enter your job into production - this is normally 3-7 working days depending on what print runs we have going that are full. It is at this stage we will issue a tax invoice where payment is is due PRIOR TO DISPATCH.

Step 4. Dispatch Once payment is received, your cards are dispatched by courier or express post to your supplied delivery address you supplied in your order form.

To keep the prices down we have to run your job with other people's job on same quality card. This means that for us to turn over cards speedily then we have to set certain days that we do certain finishes based on card popularity and production.

Here is a "Basic" outline as to the days we do print runs (please note that these may change depending on public holidays and if print runs are full enough to go to press 99% time goes to press). There are some options but please email us for deadlines.) We need "GO AHEAD" or final press ready artwork ready the day before or even better 2 days before the following production days. The earlier the better before the runs fill up and we may have to push your job to the NEXT same finish print date.

That's simple!, We print your card with other people's cards + we print a lot of cards so we can offer to reduce our cost on individual cards and pass that onto you.

All our cards are professionally printed on 420gsm extra thick card (the standard common card is printed on 300gsm thickness).

Our cards are available in a range of different finishes.

BEWARE OF ONLINE CHEAP BUSINESS CARDS
Even our cheapest cards are better than other American owned online business card businesses that advertise here. Read the fine print when using any online system and you will see why they are cheap. We have so many people show us other cards they had done previously online and were very disappointed and can see why they were too cheap.

The majority are printed and ready within 3-7 working days from the time you give the GO-AHEAD but allow up to 7 working days + Delivery time depending on your location if you are not picking up from our office. Most cards are delivered overnight by express post (and their guaranteed zones) or courier, you can pick up from our office on the Sunshine Coast (by Appointment - just txt 0409 267 639, or emai or call us with a time that suits you).

NO, our business card prices include FREE freight Australia Wide. The only extra cost can be required depends if you require us to do artwork. Any minor name changes to a design are FREE. We charge a minimum or $40 for card or if extra work is required then we offer $80hr but read below for these guidelines.
Yes, of course we will consider volume. The prices on our website is only for the generic qty ordered. If you have larger orders (over 5000) please contact us as we offer discounts on larger qtys OR frequent orders - but you must ask us first. Also we if you look at doing larger turn-over jobs we will offer discounts after ther first two print runs.

That's even better, just supply the artwork to our general specification guide - a PDF. These are normal printer specifications. As you can understand, if we have to spend time fixing up errors and colours etc then we have to pass this extra cost on. The specs are very common generic guidlines.

Ownership is very simple.We have a minimum charge of $40 or $80 hour to create, change or duplicate existing card. Once this is paid then you own your artwork and can request it is you require for other signage. We will email hi quality files to you.

As a service we archive all our work for repeat runs.

If you choose to use one of our free design templates - this is FREE for us to make name or colour changes.

Yes and No, NO - The cards are either delivered to our office from production where we coordinate and distribute printing or they are dispatched directly to you from production. Yes - If you want cheaper cards you either pay by CASH on pick up to get 10% off - by arrangement only. Contact us for questions.
It's pretty simple and says what it is. If you are not happy with the quality of your cards we will credit you or refund your money. This applies to OUR artwork and designs. This does not apply if YOU supply artwork as we have no control of the colours you have chosen or selected and assume you know what you are doing and know that what you see on a monitor and what you print on a CMYK printer are two different things. We have our specs available here as well as you can request a sample pack to see the quality of our cards.
Yes we do, BUT as you can see the price difference between 500 and 1000 of the majority of our cards you will see there sometimes is only $10 difference. That's because as all our cards are Professionally printed the majority of the costings are in the set up - once on the press it is only extra card. So to answer this question, it would cost the same as 500 cards - we would throw out 250 cards if you only wanted 250 cards. (what a waste).
No, because we can only set up one artwork for one order. If you need 2 names, it means we need to set up two different artwork files. To receive 1000 business cards, 500 with each name, you will need to place two separate 500 card orders
