IMPORTANT: To offer our services at this discounted rates we have procedures in place to ensure accurate colour reproduction, speedy turnover and deliver as well as eliminate wasted time for both you and us going back and forward. For this reason any job which doesn't follow these procedures may incur additional fees.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1. PLACE YOUR ORDER ( here )

If you are supplying artwork/images or logos IT MUST BE TO OUR SPECS.
(When sending files please ensure that the files are clearly named and instructions in your email).

Step 2. We will email you a FINAL PROOF of your artwork prior to printing for you to check and CONFIRM GO-AHEAD. Once go-ahead we start production - this is normally 3-5 working days. Delivery is normally overnight but may vary depending on delivery areas and distances.

Step 3. In the next few days we will issue you a tax invoice for payment prior to dispatch. Once payment is received your cards are dispatched by courier or express post to your supplied delivery address.

WHAT DOES FREE ARTWORK MEAN?

1). If you want us to come up with concept for you, this is FREE.

2). If you what us to duplicate your existing card, this is FREE - but if you have a logo/specific images you will need to SUPPLY THEM TO US to our specs to ensure font matching and colour accuracy, we would prefer that you supply us your original artwork from you graphic designer or previous printer.

DISCOUNTS ON LARGER QTYS?

The prices on our website is only for the generic qty ordered. If you have larger orders please contact us as we offer discounts on larger qtys, but you must ask us first.

This is an average time it takes to produce cards from approved go-ahead artwork from client.

OUR Money back guarantee

We are so confident in our quality that we offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy with the quality of card and printing. This does not apply to customers who supply their own artwork as colours are supplied and checked by you before sent to us.

If there is an issue, Contact us first to discuss. You must ontact us within 10 days from the date you receive it and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.
Remember... It is your responsibility to proof artwork before giving the final OK to print.
We cannot be responsible for:

- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- low-resolution of uploaded image - even though we warned clients prior to printing.
- Errors in customer options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type. If you have questions... PLEASE ask us well will glaly explain or send out samples if asked.
- Damage to the products arising AFTER delivery to the customer.

Lowest Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price for the SAME QUALITY of card as ours and quantity, we will match it! IT'S THAT SIMPLE. You must show proof of quotation in writing and not from trade printers.
