Q. How can you offer cheap business cards?
A. We print your card with other peoples cards + we print a lot of cards so we can offer to reduce our cost.

Q. What do you mean by "QUALITY" cards?
A. Our cards are printed on 420gsm extra thick card not the standard 300gsm thickness and are available in a high gloss or classy matt cello coating/finish. We offer the standard 300gsm thickness cards if this is what you want which we call "BUDGET" cards. Budget cards do not have any high gloss or matt cello finish/coating added on top of the print or card.

Q. How long does it take till I get my cards?
A. Allow up to 7 working day, but a majority have been ready with 5 working days.

Q. Are there any hidden costs?
A. NO, our prices include GST and freight Australia Wide. Artwork is free also but read our trading terms for these guidelines.

Q. Do you print other things apart from business cards?
A. Oh yes, see here for a list, as there are so many options it is best that you contact us for a specific quote.

Q. What's the deal with SUBSCRIBING for a cheaper price?
A. Every now an then we slash specials as we have some spaces to fill on our print runs. Subscribing allows us to send them to you when they come available that's all. All subscribers that place an order will automatically get 5% off the website prices. For more information. read more about subscribing.

Q. If I subscribe, you aren't going to hassle me with emails or sell my details?
A. No, we will only periodically send out extra specials, at the most it will be monthly, You can unsubscribe anytime you like by clicking a link at the bottom of the email. View our Privacy Policy for more information about privacy.

Q. I want to do my own artwork?
A. That's ok, just supply the artwork to our general specification guide . These are normal printer specifications. As you can understand, if we have have to spend time fixing up errors then we have to pass this extra cost on to you.

Q. Who owns the artwork that we do?
A. As a service we archive all our work for repeat runs. Ownership is very simple. As we have to work on the card / design on your card without charging you then we own it. We can release a copy of the artwork for a small fee of $80+gst to recoup any artwork and archive costs.
